We’re not part of a corporate chain, which means every decision we make is about your pet and nothing else. Often, yes. We keep room for same-day urgent visits when your pet is suddenly sick or hurt, 6 days a week, with in-house diagnostics for fast answers. Submit the form or call us and we'll find the soonest time, the same day wherever possible.
Booking ahead is best and gives you the shortest wait, including for same-day urgent visits. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours when we have capacity, so it's worth a quick call first.
We're open 6 days a week: 10AM to 7PM on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; 11AM to 6PM on Tuesday and 10AM to 5PM on Thursday. Evening and weekend visits are welcome.
No, we're an urgent care clinic, not a 24-hour ER. We treat same-day injuries and illness during opening hours, 6 days a week. If your pet needs care overnight while we're closed, a 24-hour hospital is the right place.
It depends on what your pet needs, so we explain all costs upfront, before any treatment goes ahead, with no surprises. We work with all pet insurance providers, and as an education-first practice we won't push services your pet doesn't need. Call us for an estimate.
