Often, yes. We keep room for same-day urgent visits when your pet is suddenly sick or hurt, 7 days a week, with in-house diagnostics for fast answers. Submit the form or call us and we'll find the soonest time — the same day wherever possible.
Booking ahead is best and gives you the shortest wait, including for same-day urgent visits. Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours when we have capacity, so it's worth a quick call first.
We're open until 11PM Monday to Saturday and until 10PM on Sunday — 7 days a week. Evening and weekend visits are no problem.
No — we're an urgent care hospital, not a 24-hour ER. We treat same-day injuries and illness during opening hours, late into the evening. If your pet needs care overnight while we're closed, a 24-hour hospital is the right place.
It depends on what your pet needs, so we explain all costs upfront, before any treatment goes ahead — no surprises. We work with all pet insurance providers, and as an education-first practice we won't push services your pet doesn't need. Call us for an estimate.
