What happens if I’m late to an appointment?

Can I come in without an appointment?
TVS operates by appointment only, but for urgent concerns we will make every effort to see your pet with a same day or next day urgent visit whenever possible. Our Sheppard location is open every day until 11 pm.
Can I use pet insurance at your clinic?
Yes, we accept every major pet insurance provider.
What are the costs for your services?
